It is no secret that the Bangladesh Premier League 9th season 2023 is just around the corner and cricket-crazy fans are waiting breathlessly. The Bangladesh Cricket Board is hosting this incredibly popular event in 3 different venues in different cities of Bangladesh.
BPL all Team Squad 2023
From this 9th edition of Bangladesh Premier League, The BCB has increased the number of teams. Now 7 teams including Chittagong Vikings, Comilla Victorians, Khulna Tigers, Minister Dhaka, Rajshahi Royals, Rangpur Riders and Sylhet Strikers are going to participate in BPL 2023.
Rajshahi Royals
This team belongs to Rajshahi, Bangladesh and participate in the first two seasons (2011-2012, 2012-2013) of the Bangladesh Premier League as Duronto Rajshahi. On 16 November 2019, Bengal Group sponsored this team and renamed it Bengal Rajshahi Royals. Later the team was eliminated from the BPL 8th season 2021-2022. Now the team is ready to play in BPL 2023 under the captaincy of Andre Russel and the coach of the team is Owais Shah. The current owner of the team is Bangladesh Cricket Board. The Rajshahi Royals won the first championship in 2020 after defeating the Khulna Tigers in the final match of the season.
